I cannot reach customer service by email or phone after numerous attempts, and I cannot generate a new password online. No one answers the phone, returns my VM, or responds to may email. I owe ISC2 money and want to pay the overdue balance.
I'm in the same boat and it's been really frustrating.... months of unreturned voice mail and email, and all I'm trying to do is pay them money so I can add a certification that I passed last September to my cv. And yes, I saved the emails and have been calling at various times during their business hours. I even tried getting through to them by going through the wonderfully well-manned training department and they were unwilling to do anything but provide the customer service phone number. Can't say I'll recommend DoD continues using this certification as a standard if it requires Active Duty service members to spend dozens of manhours trying to send payment.
