ISC2 Customer Service

I cannot reach customer service by email or phone after numerous attempts, and I cannot generate a new password online.  No one answers the phone, returns my VM, or responds to may email.  I owe ISC2 money and want to pay the overdue balance.

 

Any suggestions???

@andyp, I trust you've retained the emails you sent them, along with any kind of acknowledgements you may have received --- in case you want to facilitate all this later.

 

(In case you haven't done so already, make sure the responses aren't ending up in your Spam bin)

 

@Caridad, could you provide some assistance with this?

Another trick.  I don't know where in the world you are, but (ISC)² is in Florida  and they only work 09:00 to 17:00 US-Eastern.  It might help to ensure you are calling during their business hours.  Google "what time is it in Florida?" if you find timezone-math difficult,

I've had the same response issue... emailed them a couple weeks ago about an issue paying my AMFs, emailed again and called.
