Subject: Support Request – Endorsement Application

I’ve reached out to the ISC2 support team via both email and the web form, but I haven’t received a response yet—possibly due to a high volume of queries. I also tried to use the live chat option as mentioned on the website, but I couldn’t locate it. Could you please confirm whether the chat support is currently available, and if so, where I can access it?
My query relates to an endorsement application I submitted. After submitting, I realised I need to include additional details. I’d like to request that my current endorsement application be deleted so I can resubmit it with the updated information.
