Request for Name Update and Exam Reschedule

I am scheduled to take the Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) - English (ENU) exam on Saturday, August 24, 2024. However, I encountered an issue at the reception where it was noted that the name on my personal ID does not match the candidate name under which I registered for the exam. As a result, I was advised to contact ISC2 directly to resolve this discrepancy and to reschedule the exam. Please guide me on the necessary steps to update my candidate name and reschedule the exam

I've got the same issue. I was scheduled to take the ISC2 CC - English examination and got rejected due to name mismatch. And they asked me to contact the support. Hope the team to guide me to update my details and reschedule my examination.
