ISC email not received for certification

Hi , I need help ..I have taken the exam on 14 June and provisionally passed the exam. I have not yet received the ISC2 email . I contacted the customer support and they said the results are on hold for biometric error. I don't even know what taht means.

Please help I am very very concerned. Wrote to exam email.

I saw the status as " successfully delivered" on my exam history. But no email received yet.

Hi Maria,
Yes, have written to them 2 days ago. No response yet and I am started to get worries now. Pearson vue status shows " delivery successful".

Please help!
