I see the current member portal maintenance work is going well...
The screenshot below is what I currently see when clicking on "my profile" within the member portal.
Just to clarify, my AMFs are fully paid up through to 2021, and the CPEs for all of my certifications are up to date.
Thankfully, the verification tool still shows the correct information, so I'm assuming this error will go away once the maintenance work is complete so won't contact support yet, but it was quite disconcerting to see this big red warning flash up!

Nope, mine are all fully paid up, with CPEs up to date.
WOW, that is amazing. I just tried again, and I am still locked out.......ah well, maybe once the dust settles, things will smooth out.

You're a lot more optimistic that I am --- I was thinking 'if' the dust settles...

Makes me wonder how the website upgrade was tested and the roll out was planned and communicated to the membership... excuse me while I go patch a critical defect on a Friday afternoon. Cross your fingers! Not.
I believe the only notification was a message on the member portal which appeared a few days before they started on the maintenance work which actually commenced on the 30th June and was stated to be completed today.
"Maintenance Notice
(ISC)² will be conducting maintenance on the Member Dashboard starting midnight GMT June 30, 2019. This transition is expected to last through July 4, 2019. During this time, members and associates will be unable to pay Annual Maintenance Fees (AMFs), but all other services like CPE and endorsement portals, and My Courses will be available. Starting July 1, 2019, any members who still owe outstanding AMFs must contact Member Services by telephone. This maintenance and subsequent unavailability is necessary as we transition to a new association management system."
This message has been removed now signifying the work is complete - another "successful" upgrade for David Shearer to crow about!
Yeah, the old verification link and the old maintenance fees page were, on the face of it, the last remnants of the old site. I wonder if that is completely gone for good now?
I tried to view the new maintenance fees page but nothing came up even underneath the big red warning sign. I don't know if that signifies the maintenance work isn't completed yet, or if it's related to the issues I'm experiencing?

I would have expected an email notification from them for something like this. (From the webinars, I understand that there are things we opt-in for, but this is definitely not one of them.
Visiting the site itself is penance --- they least they can do is warn users not to by email!
Just to confirm, my member portal issues didn't magically fix themselves over the weekend and the big red "account suspended" error is still there.
I called my local ISC2 member services team, confirmed I had paid all my fees, and they've logged a support ticket for me.
And you got through? I have called numerous times and keep getting a message, that they are busy and will return my call.....so I wait. 😉
