Endorsement Process

Hello,

I passed my CISSP provisionally on 20th July 2018...Submitted my endorsement application on 31st Aug & got the email that the application is received by (ISC)2

It's been more than a month now & yet to receive email confirmation.

Is there someone i can ask about the process or where my application is stuck.
