Can't start endorsement process

Hi

I received my "provisionally passed" confirmation from ISC2. When I click the online endorsement application link I can log in but can't select a certification (CISSP) and there's an error message saying "your account has not been fully provisioned".

 

Can I get support to be able to start the process please
