Ive purchased my CISSP certification over 2 weeks ago and its still not showing in my dashboard, so I am unable to schedule the exam. I dont even see it my order history for some reason.
I called, emailed and submitted an inquiry but no response. Chat also seems to be closed every time I go that route.
I have a deadline to schedule & take my exam as part of the 'Peace of Mind Protection', which is my May 31st.
Can someone please direct me to someone that can provide support? I want to make sure this gets resolved and I can get the right exam availability in time.

Hello. Can you please guide me also. I have bouth Peace of Mind at 14 April have to book exam for May 31 still cannot do it. Its not showing on Dashboard and accessing support has been unsuccessful so far.

I purchased the sscp exam. Exam doesn't appear on my dashboard. The amount has been deducted from my bank account to isc2.org.
