I have registered for the Online Self Paced CC course. When I click the Icon and try to acces the course I get the following message.
Error: Failed to get the organization's external ID provider.
I have tried opening at work, at home and on my phone with different ISP and continue to get the same message.
Can anyone help me I would like to start my journey through Cybersecurity.

I'm getting the same problem, after I've enrolled in the IC2 CC course it wasn't appeared. I sent them message, but the issue is still exist. How did you fix the issue? Thank you
I got registered right away and the course showed up. But when I clicked on the course link it would not open up. After maybe 2 weeks of going in and trying it again, t finally opened for me. I have been taking the course, but at time when I get to certian videos they still freeze or dont load. I am not sure it everytime I tried to get on it they were bogged down from alot of traffic. Because I would try from work, on 2 seperate networks, and from my house.
But like I said I am in now and able to go through the course.
When I reached out to ISC2 about issue they told me to try to reach out to OBRIZUM, which it started working for me before I got a chance to.

I am having a similar issue. I registered on Saturday and the course is still not showing up on my dashboard. I don't see a live chat icon at all and sent an email through the support details provided on the 'Contact Us' page, but haven't received a reply at all. I'll send an email to membersupport@isc2.org.
They responded to me that they’ve fixed an issue, and that I’ve to make a clean cashe browser. So did, but nothing isnt fixing. I’ve cheked it by using a few different browsers and devices. But I’ve been still getting the issue. I send them screnshots, but They aren’t esponded to me.

Same situation, I registered for the CC course and I am not able to access its content. I sent an email to member support a couple of days ago (got notification that my email had been received and someone would contact me), then a follow-up email today asking for an update, but no answer so far or access to the content.
