CISSP Purchase Order Error - No Response from support

I placed a CISSP purchase order Yesterday 26th Sep 2025 of $998

Got ,

 - Error message after check-out

 - Credit is deducted from the credit card

 - No order history for the payment on the ISC2 website 

 - No receipt sent to my email

 

Sent several messages to the help support team and no replies.

 

Can someone assist on this matter i would like to take the exam soon.
