When I try to start my AMF process it fails with a pop-up error:
Product could not be added to your cart: URI not found: /isc2-production/carts/XXXXXXXX-ff67-45e8-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX?expand=discountCodes%5B*%5D.discountCode
I tried to contact support using the contact us form, but didn't get any confirmation my support request was received or any way to follow up on it.
Any help?

Sort of. In any case, I've gotten my AMF paid now.
I didn't change anything on my side, and it worked a day or 2 later. I got a generic helpdesk script (clear your cookies, try another browser....) response. The new site is still very buggy in this area, and the AMF paid status section of the dashboard doesn't consistently load still.
The lack of input feedback and inability to tracking support cases is a larger problem that would be worth looking in to.
My incident is resolved, but I doubt the underlying problem is resolved - and per above I think there should be some feature requests opened.
