Not able to reschedule CISSP exam - error" No purchased exam found for the requested Exam"

Hi Team need help as i am not able to reschedule exam from yesterday ie Friday due to error "No purchased exam found for the requested Exam" i have tried cleaning cache, but of no use. Also i have tried contacting pearson VUE helpdesk for India but i get error that number is invalid 

My exam is on Monday , please help to reschedule. @CBMExamTeam ; @mariatirado
