CISSP Expired

I was late in getting my CPEs entered and my CISSP is now shwoing expired. I have since loaded all CPE's and are all are currently showing completed. Dues are paid in full. Is there a way to have the expired status reversed? 
 

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
