Expired Associate CISSP

Hi, I passed CISSP exam on September 15, 2018 and maintained Associate CISSP status since then. I just found I can renew Associate CISSP status anymore perhaps it's because it passes the 6 year timeline. I have qualified 5-year industry experience to apply for CISSP now but I haven't submit the endorsement. Can I still submit the CISSP application endorsement now?
