AMF payment failing to reflect in dashboard - no support from ISC2

I'm blown away by the lack of support that ISC2 is offering to members despite happily taking AMF payments, and expensive exam and training fees.

 

I currently hold CISSP, ISSEP, CCSP certifications with ISC2 - or at least I will for another week until my membership is "revoked".

 

This is despite paying my AMF in April this year. The payment even reflects on the orders page of my account! and yet I am still seeing red letters in my dashboard and harassing email messages. I have contacted support via the forms on multiple occasions and have received absolutely no response. How is this acceptable?

 

This is now beyond a joke that I have to resort to public forums in the hope someone happens across this who has any access to address the issue. Please reach out to me if you are an administrator or can offer a solution. Searching around here I can see I'm not the only one who has this issue, but nobody seems to be able to get support.
