Posting here hoping for assistance.
I got my CISSP Approved on 1 July and have been trying to pay my AMF since then. Every time i try to make the payment, i get the below error:
I got in touch with support, which took ages to respond, and first advised on the whole cache clearing which did not work.
I got told IT was Pushing a patch on Wednesday 9 July Last week which would fix that but it did not. another reply asked for a number so i can pay over the phone, i gave the number last week, follow up emails and all other attempts to reach support since then have been in vain.
Looking at how much i need to have this, this has been a very frustrating experience.
Sharing in case someone has a solution for the same or if anyone knows any other way i can reach support apart from the member support email.
