money was withdrawn but got no confirmation

Hi, I paid for the CISSP (Peace of Mind Protection) exam on July 7th at 9:58 PM Korea time.

The payment went through but I saw an error message on the screen.

There’s no confirmation under “Courses and Exams,” and no “Schedule” button either, and I also can’t find anything in my Order History.

I submitted a support request through the query form last Monday, but I haven’t received a reply yet. I hope this can be resolved quickly.

It’s hard not to be concerned — Money was withdrawn, but there’s nothing in my Order History. I think anyone would feel the same.

Just sharing this reply for those interested in how ISC2 responded to my complaint — I posted a complaint on the "Member Support" bulletin board on July 10th.
About 5 minutes after posting, I received a reply asking for my ISC2 ID, phone number, and email address.
Then, around 6–7 hours later, I received another response with more detailed information explaining how and when my payment will be canceled.

I hope this helps others who are experiencing the same issue.

I'm leaving this second reply in the hope that it helps others who are experiencing the same issue I had.

I used a different credit card — not the one I used for my first attempt — to make the payment. This time, the transaction was successful, and I was able to see the payment record in the [Order History] section of [My Account].

If you're going through the same issue, I recommend trying to make the payment with a different card.

Just to share an update - I received a refund today (July 18) for the issue that occurred on July 7, where the payment went through but nothing showed up in my order history.

It took 11 days (about two weeks) from the error to the refund.
Hope this helps anyone still waiting for the same issue to be resolved.
