Renewed on June 28th. Submitted ticket to email@example.com on that Thursday morning. Got an email on Friday asking for my name, member number, and address. I responded during business hours, and haven't had a response since. Still showing expired as of today. I have read on these forums that it can take up to two weeks to reconcile. I think two weeks in the modern era is too long to wait for systems to synchronize. My CompTIA renewals synchronized within an hour.
