I get nothing. I also do not receive the email from ISC2. What should I do?

Following this post - I have the same issue and I've reached out to support but a successful resolution has yet to be had. It's nearing a month already and I'm growing concerned that this might still not be resolved by the 9th month (expiration my successful examination)
