Received this on the CISSPforum:
"More than a week ago, I responded to that audit, but nothing happens. When I go into my account, I get the red box asking me to respond to the audit. Is this for real?
"I have to say, your site has become so incredibly slow and horrible that I don’t see myself spending hours on entering the 29 missing CPEs, especially since I have to enter 1 or 1.5 at a time. So I’m waiting to see if that audit passes for the 20 CPEs, and if not, I’m not going to bother anymore. That’s why I’m holding off on paying the fee, by the way.
"So of all the reasons I may have to bail and give up the CISSP, the horrible website is the main one. Maybe you could pass that on to whomever is responsible for this disaster."
Apparently it's a copy of a message that was sent to member support. So, @Kaity , @AndreaMoore , and @amandavanceISC2 , you might want to pass that along to the Powers-That-Be ...
Oh, and a followup:
"I really don't get this. I've responded to this audit weeks ago. I sent you another response like this one, asking why I don't get it approved. I've sent three separate emails to you during the last month. No replies, no action, no nothing. Except, of course, persistent automated emails from you about outstanding AMF. No, I'm not going to pay unless you respond to the audit response. I'd rather let the cert go.
"What's wrong with you?"

Rob,
The same thing happened to me last year, but some investigation showed that my initial response to the audit was actually accepted, and that CPE entry was in my transcript as ACCEPTED. The site code problem was that the red audit flag was not removed even after my submission was approved.
Please pass back to the CISSPforum crowd the suggestion to inspect the current CPE transcript to confirm that the audited CEP submission is actually still under audit, or possible has, like mine was, been approved.
Good luck!
Craig
@rslade can you private message me the name of the person having these issues?
Thanks!
