AMF payment (Invalid merchant information)

Good afternoon,
I tried to pay several times, but I received an error message (Please, find the screenshot below). Does the payment service function correctly?

As for the card details, they were entered correctly.

Thank you in advance for help,
Anton

Hi.

I am getting the same error.  I have tried different browsers, machines, and cards without any luck.

Ditto, go same error using 2 different cards.

Just came here to post on it.

I guess there is a problem on their end???

And I hope people have called in directly to member services to let them know of the error...

Hello @JKWiniger @aantonets @emb021 @MikeArpin

We are having an issue with our payment processor. We are in the process of working to resolve this. I will update when this is completely resolved. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Thank you for your patience.

I am experiencing the same issue. If we have made multiple attempts to pay, will they all be processed?

Hello Andrea,

Thank you for clarification. Btw, is it possible to hide CVV code display? As there is no 3D secure implemented, it quite risky to have all card credentials displayed in a clear text on the screen.

Thanks,

Definitely. Just do a search on amf and you find other discussions on it:
https://community.isc2.org/t5/Member-Support/AMF-payment-issue-SSO-Error/m-
p/25110/highlight/true#M4965

However, there doesn't seem to have been a fix, and the only workarounds seem
to be a) wait and try again later, b) pay by phone, c) get an admin involved.
Emailing any or all (I would suggest all) of avance@isc2.org,
community@isc2.org, soconnor@isc2.org, jshriver@isc2.org, or
keagle@isc2.org might help.

I appreciate the fact that this draft was done in haste, but

Unfortunately, this error is an issue with the payment processor. We cannot process payments internally, so calling our phone number with your credit card number does not work either.
