A concerned citizen saw four unattended packages at the train station, and reported them.
They were investigated, and turned out to be parts for the new Help Point system, which is intended to allow passengers to more easily communicate with the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) about, among other things, suspicious packages ...
