Changing your age on a birth certificate?

A Dutch motivational speaker wants to change his birth date on his birth certificate.  (His "motivation" seems to be to get more dates.)  He says he feels younger than he is, and that doctors say he is as fit as a younger man.

Well, if we can have alternative facts ...

I have been telling my kids that age will be the next thing to fall. Still waiting for that pervert that gets caught in bed with an underage kid to say "But Officer, I identify with a 12 year-old....."

Or the other way, a 12 year-old says they identify as a 70 year-old and they want to start claiming retirement.

And heck, if you can ignore the facts why can't a criminal self-identify as an innocent person?

2) My younger brother was born on our mother's birthday. She passed that birthday on to him, and thus remained 29 years old for the next 65 years.
