OK, you want proof that blockchain is not the answer?
Somebody did a 51% attack on Einsteinium (EMC2).
And he livestreamed the process.
Link appears to be dead or taken down.

1. There is no answer until you have a question. What question resulted in someone thinking blockchain is an answer, for anything.
2. A 51% attack on a blockchain has been described as a theoretical for some time now. It's a matter of scale. Einsteinium may be small enough to grab 51% of the resources, but Bitcoin may be too big for a realistic attack.
It appears to be happening on a regular occurrence:

Like everything, you only need one weak link.
