I urgently need help regarding a payment issue for the CISSP exam.
I tried purchasing the exam through the ISC2 website, but the transaction failed with an error. However, the money is deducted from my bank account and nothing showing in order history on ISC2 site.
I tried calling the ISC2 support number multiple times, but no one is picking up.
I need to take the exam soon, but I want to ensure that my payment is not lost without a refund or confirmation. What should I do next to escalate this?
Appreciate any advice or direction.

I'm sorry to learn you had difficulty with your exam purchase. I have reviewed your records and see you were in touch with our Customer Experience team, who advised you that the payment did not process on this end. You should see the money returned to your credit card within 5 to 10 days.
