Urgent need help regarding a payment issue for the CISSP exam- June 2025

Hello,

I urgently need help regarding a payment issue for the CISSP exam.

I tried purchasing the exam through the ISC2 website, but the transaction failed with an error. However, the money is deducted from my bank account and nothing showing in order history on ISC2 site. 

I tried calling the ISC2 support number multiple times, but no one is picking up.

I need to take the exam soon, but I want to ensure that my payment is not lost without a refund or confirmation. What should I do next to escalate this?

Appreciate any advice or direction.

Yes. I have purchased again with another method and it works now.

However, the initial payment is still not yet returned back to my account and I sent a follow up email to the CS for refunding but no response at all.

Please help to escalate and resolve the refunding issue many thanks
