Urgent! Need help for ccsp exam purchasing problem

i tried to purchase the CCSP exam yesterday but although the exam fee was charged to my credit card, an error occurred on the payment screen and no valid exam appears in my order history. I can't reach anyone. Chat not working. I couldn't find anyone to solve my problem.

I have the same problem and I need to set the exam date as soon as possible. Is there anyone who can help?

You'll need to reach out to examadministration@isc2.org, and provide full page screen shot of the error message you are receiving.  You can try clearing cache

 

  • Log out of isc2.org, clear your cache and close your browser. Then, reopen your browser and log in to isc2.org to attempt your transaction. Be sure to clear your shopping cart from previous purchase attempts.
