I purchased the Peace of Mind voucher for the CISSP exam on April 14 and have received the voucher. However, I have been unable to schedule the exam, as it does not appear in my candidate/member dashboard.
Over the past two weeks, I have reached out multiple times through all available support channels — email, phone, and live chat — but unfortunately, I have not received any response.
My attempts to speak with someone over the phone or via chat have been unsuccessful, often ending in disconnection after long wait times.
The voucher I received is valid only until the end of May, and I am running out of time. Instead of focusing on my exam preparation, I am now preoccupied with trying to resolve this issue, worried about losing both the opportunity to sit the exam and the money spent on the voucher.
Kindly ask you to help me with this matter.
Passed the CISSP in March and have been waiting for my account to update properly. Contacted support multiple times with limited responses, and can never get a hold of anyone via the US phone line. Last contact with a support member, they found errors with my account as I overpaid my membership dues ,in which I was supposed to be reimbursed. I paid the full membership fee instead of the discounted $85. My account shows that I still owe $85, although I have not been reimbursed for my original overpayment.
All the errors with my account and not receiving my CISSP badge have made my first ISC2 experience underwhelming, and I would like some assistance getting my account fixed and resolved.
I also been experiencing the same issue. The deadline is getting close and nobody has been responding to my inquiries. Please assist as I do not want to lose my retake opportunity for this exam.
Recently I had to have my accounts merged as I had an old account registered. Now that my accounts have merged, I have been unable to sign into my primary account. I get an access denied page and when I click sign in again, it takes me to a 'SalesForce' page and I still can not sign in. I am unable to get to my dashboard or anywhere in my profile because of this. I also need to have my name changed for my profile.
I have sent numerous emails about this problem and I have tried calling many times but I have not gotten an answer. It has been over a week since my last email and there has been no response. My CISSP exam is scheduled for May 19th and I am growing concerned about this. I need my name changed and I need to be able to accces my account. Please help and advise.
Hi @mariatirado. I understand that, but I am required to present the invoice to my employer during today so I do not lose the reimbursement opportunity. The invoice I have does not contain my company's name and ID, information I submitted when purchasing the CISSP exam in the first place. I think it should be easy to solve and I would really appreciate it if you could take a look at it.
