I've been trying to pay for an exam since 2025, I need help!

I have been trying to enroll in and pay for the CC (Certified in Cybersecurity) exam and course since 2025, but I have repeatedly run into technical issues with the website. I have followed all instructions provided, contacted customer support multiple times, and unfortunately have not received a clear resolution or guidance.

I need to move forward with this exam, and I am seeking assistance on what alternatives exist when the website does not allow enrollment or payment. Is it possible to complete payment over the phone, or is there another method to register for the course and exam?

Before it is suggested that the exam is free, I want to clarify my situation. I joined ISC2 some years ago but was unable to take the course at the time due to my workload as a teacher and my transition out of education. I am now working in the cybersecurity industry, and my employer is willing to pay for the course and exam. However, I have been trying to complete this process since last year and have not been provided with adequate support or direction.

I would appreciate clear guidance on how to proceed so I can finally schedule and complete this exam.

I've been suffering from this issue for months too, it keeps showing "There was an error with your order" everytime I tried to purchase an exam.
Did follow all instructions (change browser, change device, clear data/cookies) but it was fruitless.
Did email examadministration@isc2.org and they suggested to purchase through Pearson Vue instead. Did call Pearson Vue but they are not able to do that, according to them, all the purchase must and only from ISC2 website.

I guess its time choose Comptia instead 😕
