I am seeking urgent assistance regarding a payment failure for my CISSP exam registration.
Issue Summary:
I attempted to purchase the CISSP Peace of Mind Bundle ($998 USD) using Google Pay. My credit card was successfully charged, but the ISC2 checkout page returned an error. No order appears in my dashboard, and I have not received a confirmation email.
Action Taken:
I have already submitted a formal request via the "Contact Us" form, but I have not received a resolution yet.
Could an admin or moderator please reach out to me via Private Message or check my latest support ticket? I can provide all my transaction proofs and account details privately.

@RupertGao One of the admins ( @Kaity ) mentioned in another post that the office was closed until January 2nd (this coming Friday) so you may not hear anything until then.
