ISC2 exam results - nothing from proctor

Hello, 

I took my exam at Roxbury Community College and did not receive a printout from the proctor- she was extremely rude and said it was not their responsibility to get my results. I waited at the center for over an hour and they gave me nothing. I read online something about a 6-8 week delay?! All my colleagues received their results immediately whether pass or fail. I studied for 30+ hours for this and am extremely frustrated I have heard nothing, did not get an email and do not even have an option in my portal to see "manage exam" - I need someone to email me my results as soon as possible please or show me where they are in my portal because that section in my profile does not even exist.

@bgold0325 First of all congratulations and glad that you finally got your confirmation.  I would consider filing a report with Pearson Vue.  It is absolutely their job to print off the results and give them to you.  I have several ISC2 certifications and have gotten a printout every time.  You definitely do not want anyone else to have that experience.

Here is a statement from ISC2's website stating that you receive preliminary results as you check out of the test center.  If this was not your experience, it needs to be reported to examadministration@isc2.org so they can follow up to ensure the testing center can be reminded of their obligation.
