Are you accessing the page through your “member portal” after having logged in?

Please see the fourth bullet in the image below.

You would want to use the “courses and exams section” within your portal.

I am accessing it through my dashboard after I click "schedule", aka what the fourth bullet point says. I keep encountering the error no matter what

I'm getting the exact same error as above and the below, interested how this goes.

I signed up to this portal after signing up for exam portal after signing up for the learning portal after signing up for a membership portal. This cannot be by design I think there are system errors.

- Proceed to checkout requires me to login again.

-- After logging in "an error has occurred".

- I've had a 500 - Internal server error trying to download a guide.

- Dialog boxes on forms that don't work no mater the browser or device.

- The message us chat feature does not work.

It should be working as of late afternoon ET yesterday. I was able to book my exam.

Thank you, @mariatirado, for the heads up. I’m still unable to purchase the CCSP exam, as the 'Add to Cart' functionality isn’t working. Could you please let us know if there’s a workaround available or an estimated time for the issue to be resolved?

@kajunszning I had the exact same issue yesterday but clearing my cache solved it. There was an upgrade over the weekend that may have caused this.
