Unable to schedule exam, failing with following error. Anybody can help?
I have been trying to use the exam scheduler since last week. After the site maintenance I was getting same error as a lot of people "missing argument", but today its a different error. I've tried calling to schedule but they don't answer and so i asked for a call back but that was over 4 hours ago.
I have tried registering for both CCSP and CISSP and have gotten the same issue every day for the past 4 days.
I have tried on numerous devices and multiple browsers.
Any solutions??
Having the same issue to re-schedule my test this week. I tried clearing my cache as suggested below and also tried multiple browsers to no avail. Did you get this resolved? I wasted a long time waiting on the phone and never got a customer service rep.
There is no button of 'register for an exam' on the page of English:
there is the button on the page of simple Chinese. But an error comes out when I submit the registration:

I have a problem. I have purchased exam for cissp and I have my voucher delivered (8 days ago).
When i go to my account there i can't see my order, and I can't register to the exam, because there is no such option in Courses and Exam tab.
What can I do ?

Same, I am unable to register for exam nor I see my order information.
Yesterday (22 April 25) I purchased two exams (ISSAP and ISSMP). Purchase went through and I have the invoice. The exams do not show under my 'Courses and Exams'. According to the guidance here https://www.isc2.org/register-for-exam they must show in my 'Courses and Exams' so that I can schedule the exams now. I've checked 'Courses and Exams' multiple times from multiple browsers, refreshed the page, etc and they're still not showing up.
@Yang Please follow the directions on the page (in English). The Chinese page is still being updated following the changes last week.
