The admins posted the other day that there was an issue and that they were working on it.
It may take a day or so for a response due to the Holiday weekend.
We can loop in the admins to see if they have any updates @mariatirado

It would be helpful if you posted an image of the error you are receiving.
And perhaps which region you are at.
ISC2 is international and it may be that this problem is happening in certain regions only.

Hi, I am trying to schedule my exam, however I keep getting an error, where "no contact found". Additionally, I can't use the drop down menus in the form, as it's completely unresponsive. This has been ongoing for hours, and I need to schedule my exam. Here is the screenshot of the error. I tried different devices, different web browsers, but nothing helped. Is the site down or something?
