Hi team, I am unable to reschedule my CC exam which is on 27th Dec 2025 at 3pm. Am I doing this too early or is it something else. I see the error 'No purchased exam found'. Please help.
I had the same issue - to reschedule, you have to call the Pearson Vue support line and they can help get it rescheduled for you.
Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. CT; closed on local holidays.
