Unable to register for CC exam when clicking submit due to error

Hi, I am trying to register for my free CC exam but upon clicking submit, I receive this error:

It says:
"

Error

Something went wrong please contact your administrator.Update failed. First exception on row 0; first error: MISSING_ARGUMENT, Id not specified in an update call: []

"

How should I proceed? My CC training expires tomorrow, and I do not know if the free exam also expires with it?

Hello. It is now Saturday and I am still unable to register for the SSCP Exam.

The situation continues. There are time sensitive issues. We can not get replies to our e-mails. I have called 2 times they said it will be resolved in 24 hours but they could not resolved. Isc2 should offer alternative solutions.

Hello! If you're getting this error when trying to schedule your exam, please make sure you read the following steps: https://www.isc2.org/register-for-exam

Here's the step-by-step process:

• If you are already an ISC2 Member or ISC2 Candidate, log in to your account. If you do not already have an ISC2 account, you will need to create one.
• From the Certification menu, select the certification exam you want to take.
• Select your exam purchase option and click “Buy Now.”
• After completing the checkout process, visit your account to schedule your exam in the “Courses and Exams” section.
• Click the Schedule button displayed next to your exam.
• Complete the ISC2 Exam Account Information form.

IMPORTANT: You must enter your information exactly as it appears on the identification (ID) you will present at the test center. If it is not an exact match, you will not be able to take your test and you will not be reimbursed for any fees paid.

Once your form is submitted, you will be redirected to the Pearson VUE website to finalize your exam appointment.
