@mariatiradoThank you for the insight. I have already tried the suggested steps in the link, but I’m still unable to view any order history or access the exam registration. My main concern is that the exam is only 15 days away, and I’m feeling quite anxious about potentially missing the opportunity to register while waiting for a response from support. I would appreciate any assurance that I won’t lose my chance to take the exam if this issue isn’t resolved in time.
I have already passed my exam and have paid my dues. Two weeks ago I was able to finally get on the phone with ISC2 support in which they noticed errors with my account. I have not heard back or have seen my account update.
This is becoming increasingly frustrating for me as I have not received my badge or can get any help.
