To do list from exam registering to get certificate

I registered for the exam on January 30. Could anyone say what procedure is followed in the exam centre, what is the dress code, and what are the things I bring to the exam? After the completion of the course, how can I get the scores and certificates?

Hi there,

Remember your IDs!
Clothing comfortable and appropriate, never heard of a dress code but don’t were anything you’d feel out of place in in day a casual office setup as a rule of thumb.
Be properly hydrated, lightly fed with something that keeps you going for 2-3 hours.
