Failed my cc exam but did not receive an email

Hi.

I have failed my Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) exam but did not receive any email neither from Pearson VUE nor ISC2.

Please what should I do ? may be something wrong with my email  account ?

You should probably speak to member support if you need one - though I’m unsure why you would.
