CISSP certification delayed.

Dear @admin,

Could you please assist me?

I passed my CISSP exam and submitted my certification application on July 09th, 2025 and the status has been unchanged since: "Your application was endorsed by **** ****, it has been submitted to ISC2 for review."

I haven't received any further updates. I would really appreciate your assistance!

Thank you indeed in advance!

@kardjohns   First of all congratulations on passing your exam.  One month to 6 weeks is not unusual in the endorsement process.  It does seem like it takes forever, but they are being thorough.  Your certificate will be the first of the month after everything is completed (including when they ask you to pay your AMF).  So if they finish up next week and pay AMF, it will say September 1 but are certified on the date that they tell you are.  Your soft copy certificate will show up under your profile.

Thanks @nkeaton, I was finally approved and I made the paid the AMF fee. However, I'm unable to download the certificate in pdf since the option doesn't appear. Please advise if the certificate is only accessible on 1st/September/2025.

@kardjohns   Glad to hear that is finally moving forward.  My softcopy certificates always showed up when everything was approved but before the date on the certification and long before my hardcopy one (for every certification but CC).  It always showed up under Profile and is not there now.  I looked under Access Your Digital Certificates and Badges, but there is nothing to select on my account although all of my certifications show up.  @Kaity  Who should we forward this question to?  I am pretty sure that this is where the certificates are supposed to be accessed from now.  If there are different instructions, we would need to know that.  Thank you.

Thanks for tagging me!

Since the website update back in April, some things are in new places. You'll find your digital certificates and Credly badges here: https://www.isc2.org/Dashboard/Badges (login required)

Here's the video walkthrough of the new dashboard, in case you'd like to see what else has changed!

@Kaity I was in the right place then.  There is no option to print my certificates in the bottom right hand corner as is shown in the video.  From their screen print, they do not have it either.  Both of us have Claim your badges like in the video.  I don't really have a use for Credly, just my certificates.  Thank you.

Ah interesting @nkeaton! I'm checking with my colleagues about WHEN that "Print Your Certifications" option should be available for @kardjohns. Once I hear back, I'll let you know.

Did you earn a new certification as well, and this hasn't quite started yet? Or is the option to print (and view) the certification not coming up on a cert that is currently active on your profile?

@Kaity   I did not earn a new certification recently.  All 7 of mine show up, just no option to print them which appears to be the same on theirs from their example.

Ok! I've heard back and for both of you - @kardjohns and @nkeaton - this is an error on the page and something our team needs to fix. The "Print Your Certification" line should appear for everyone as soon as you're a member, even if we're a few weeks out from the start of your certification cycle.

I'm going to get your information to our support team for assistance, so keep an eye on your inboxes!

@Kaity   Thank you.  Yes, they gave me the instructions like you did and told them that this did not appear on mine and guessing that we definitely have the same issue.  Appreciate you quarterbacking for us.  I didn't know had an issue until tried to help @kardjohns .  I would guess that we are not the only ones.
