Dear Team,
I attempted to pay for my CCSP exam through your website using my credit card. The transaction was processed, but I received an error message stating that "some error happened." Although the payment was rejected on your system, the amount has been deducted from my credit card account.
Currently, I do not see any exam voucher or confirmation in my account. Please investigate this issue and advise on the next steps.
