Frustration!

Hi All,

Just wanted to vent my frustration, and maybe someone can offer me advice..

I have an exam scheduled today, but had to fly out of town due to bereavement a day before.

I am now unable to reschedule due to the 24 hour rule (called and tried online)... and Pearson VUE have told to call ISC2 directly.
Called ISC2 but no one is available to take the call.

Sorry to hear of your loss. I would certainly think that death of a close relation qualifies for an exception. 

Each of their phone numbers (https://www.isc2.org/contact-us) has the working hours next to it.  Did you call during working hours?  You might start with an email to examadministration@isc2.org, explaining your situation and including any supporting documentation you may have (copies of obituary, airline ticket, pearson vue support ticket#, etc).
