I am facing a similar issue to other members on the forum. I tried to purchase the CISSP exam, however the checkout process failed but the card was charged. I would like to avail the current 50$ offer discount as well before it expires for the CISSP exam.
I am wondering what the best path forward would be here and would appreciate the guidance.
I have already raised a webform for the same. I tried contacting the chat but it comes with the message "Live chat is closed". I have done all this after following the recommended steps of clearing the browser cache, restarting and even going into Incognito mode.

Hi Team,
The exam administration team helped out. This took about 4 to 5 days (Including some holidays). I then rebooked the exam after creating a new account and using VPN to connect to US.
That worked.

Hi, how is the handling of the charge to your previous account? Did you get refunded before creating the new account for another payment?
My own experience is the transcation in "pending" status, and now the transcation is withdraw automatically. However yet any ISC staff reposne to us on the handling, good luck.
I was promised the refund so that did occur. I booked it before I got the refund as I didnt want to waste time.

I'm sorry to learn you had difficulty with your exam purchase. I have reviewed your records and see you were in touch with our Customer Experience team, who advised you that the payment did not process on this end. You should see the money returned to your credit card within 5 to 10 days.
