Have you by any chance completed your Certificatio Application yet?
If not, please go to this link: https://www.isc2.org/endorsement and login to your portal and follow the instructions.
ISC2 does not automatically issue certifications. You must complete the Certification Application after you pass your examination.
The site is really having a serious problem.
The only thing I see on the main page is for payment for next year's membership fees...

@ThomasHeavenly That sounds very frustrating. I know that ISC2 has been having issues and am grateful that I have not been impacted so far. Did you happen to look under your Profile when you log in? That is where it will show up first. Hopefully it is sitting there. Certificates reflect the first of the month after everything has been completed. So I would have guessed from what you put that yours would be July 1.
Congratulations on passing your exam. I am sure that you only feel frustration right now. You should be very proud of yourself and hopefully will have your soft copy certificate soon.

It is definitely frustrating as I was facing some hurdles trying to complete the processes.
Sadly, the only meaningful item shown in my dashboard is the exam passing date, as seen below.
I've send ISC2 an email hopefully getting reply soon on the issue.
@ThomasHeavenly Thank you for sharing that. I just know that I have certifications that just showed up under my Profile before before got anything else on them. So from what you shared, did you pay the AMF? The screen looks like it is still due. Hopefully that is not a different issue are having. When I first started with ISC2 certifications, you had to pay before the end of the continuing education year. Now it has to be paid before they will award the certification. Fortunately for me is not an issue anymore because there is just one AMF fee ($135) no matter how many certifications have. The $50 is only for the CC which am glad that is less than the others to encourage entry level folks.

AMF was paid as soon as I solved the issue I faced with my browser, which was done on 21st Jun.
The one seen in the print screen is for next year's AMF, which is kinda early to prompt on a member's screen, IMHO 😅
