ISC2 CC certificate confirmation mail.

Greetings, I wrote the ISC2 CC exam on the 29th of April 2025, it is almost two weeks now and I have not received any email from ISC2 as regards my examination. I have sent an mail as well through the ISC2 contact support no response as well. The print out from the exam said it takes 2 to 5 days to receive a mail from ISC2. Why haven't I received the mail?

Same here,

Even though I recently paid the AMF, and the order was successfully executed. I don´t know how to get the certificate or badge.

Any help would be appreciated.
