From my exam dashboard when I click on "reschedule" it brings me to "exam account information", when I click "submit" it throws the following error:

Tried on multiple browsers, incognito mode, disabled all ad blockers, ect. Called support on the phone, waited for 40 minutes, timed out with "nobody is available to take your call". How do I reschedule my exam if nobody is available on the phone and the website is broken? Thanks.
