CISSP-ISSMP Preparation

I have seen some great strategies and references discussed in this community and was hoping for your similar thoughts related to the CISSP-ISSMP certification. Materials seem to be a bit more limited, but there is also a fair amount of overlap in the domains with CISSP materials. 

I have been using the Official (ISC)2 Guide to the CISSP-ISSMP and have enrolled in the official (ISC)2 ISSMP instructor-lead online training course.

What other resources have others pursuing this certification found useful? Have you identified any good practice tests? Thank you for anything you can share about your preparation efforts.

I am feeling your frustration with (ISC)2.  This new exam has been out for a long time without any study materials and ambiguous terms for far too long.  I feel it is irresponsible for (ISC)2 to change the exam without having appropriate material available to support the change.  Many times the course topics have no grounding in the reference material stated by (ISC)2.  Here we are in September and no materials are available for this the ISSEP or the ISSAP.

So sad!

I'm just starting my prep work on this.  I have the guides and the CBK, but can't find any practice tests.

At this time there are not any practice tests outside of the self-paced course. Within the course, there is a post-course assessment that is very similar to a practice test. The ISSMP Course is being updated now based off of the last update to the Domains and should be available later in Q4 of this year.
