Not authorized ISC2 insights CPE quizzes

Hello all,

I'm having issues accessing any of the Insight quizzes, i get the below error. Any help would be appreciated.

I posted in here a few months ago, but looks like I still haven't received access. I am getting the same error as everyone else in this thread.

Running into the same issue, unable to access any course or insight quiz. Confirmed my member account is logged in, and has been active for a while now (over a year). Tried using the support form about a week ago and again yesterday but did not get any reply.

If someone has found a self service solution, please drop it in the thread.
