Chapter Admin ?

Hi, the study guide mentions 'chapter admins' in terms of Windows account types. I can find any reference to this anywhere. Is it just a typo or am I missing something here ?

Typo or transposition I Guess… Schema admins, Domain Admins,  Enterprise Admins all from security groups, big list of built-in below and no chapter admins.

If you share a photo/test maybe there is more context, or just an errata report.
